Ideas you can take into the next session
The training journal is a growing collection of practical notes for people who want interval work to feel more understandable. Each article begins with a common decision: how to fit training into a week, how to make a low-impact option challenging or how to communicate a movement clearly. The aim is to give that decision enough context without turning a short workout into a complicated project.
Use the articles as conversation starters with a coach or as prompts for your own notes. Test one idea at a time, notice how it changes the experience and keep what fits. A useful plan leaves room for different bodies, different schedules and different reasons for showing up.
New members can begin with the Tabata basics guide. Instructors may prefer the article on class planning, while busy members can use the schedule guide to build a realistic rhythm.
Each article is written to be useful away from the screen. Bring a sentence to class, ask a coach how it applies to your movement and then make a small note about what you noticed. That loop—read, try, observe—turns general guidance into a personal practice without demanding a complete change of routine.
